ID Cut Function

CG-AR Cutting Plotter come with “ID Cut function” that enables continuous cutting operation to be performed automatically is adopted.
The “ID Cut function” is the function that automatically scans printed-out register marks with ID, then reads and cuts cut data. While any operators scanned register marks and specified cut data for each cutting job in the past, use of the “ID Cut” function is now made possible to perform unmanned and continuous cutting operations, and operators can proceed with another operation simultaneously when the machine is performing the cutting operation.

High Speed Continuous crop mark detection

An optical sensor enables CG-AR Cutting Plotter to automatic consecutive detection of crop marks throughout the nested image which the Inkjet printer prints, in combination with the automatic adjustment function to obtain precise contour cutting.

Crop mark position data, which are received by command from standard attached plugin software “FineCut”, enables quick movement between the crop marks. This function enables stress-reduced cutting.

Multiple types of cutting can perform

CG-AR Cutting Plotter have multiple cutting type. The cutting pressure can be selected from 10 g to 550 g, and three types of cutting are possible: normal cutting, complete cutting, and half cutting. The machine can cut a wide variety of materials, including PVC, fluorescent and reflective sheets, and rubber sheets.

Supporting for Windows plotter driver allows you to cut without the need for dedicated software

With use of familiar software such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, cutting is now as easy as outputting from a general office printer.
Collaboration with JV300 Plus
CG-AR Cutting Plotter collaboration with JV300 Plus, continuous cutting operations can be performed automatically for small-quantity and multi-product orders of stickers and labels.

Scanning of register marks with ID that are printed out by JV300 Plus enables unmanned and continuous cutting operations to be performed automatically by means of CG-AR Cutting Plotter !

Optional parts for cutting cardboard can be added to produce packages up to A3 size

CG-AR Series Cutting Plotter are now capable of producing high-quality cutouts from plain paper to cardboard with the use of optional products for cardboard cutting, such as a Sheet table, Cutting sheet, Blade for heavy paper and Creasing tool. Using this machine, you can produce paper crafts and packages.
